In a game my tech-priest found herself the unfortunate recipient of a leg critical and got her foot blown off and passed out from fatigue. Both of her legs are bionic so basically her bionic foot was blasted off.
So, now my character is passed out sans a foot. I asked my GM how long I had before she'd bleed out and die. He told me not to worry, that the leg was bionic thus no blood to lose.
This situation got me to thinking. How is blood-loss handled for bionic parts? Now, my DM is not squeamish about killing us off (in fact another in the team had to burn fate in the same encounter and lost her arm to boot... Stupid man-stopper rounds.
), and I'm definitely not complaining about my character not dying from blood-loss, but it seems there should be some sort of analog to blood loss for bionic parts.
Edit: Ack! Wrong forum. This was meant for the GM's area.
My literacy skill is untrained basic. I'll just leave it here though.
