1) Tsathoggua. lt says all Urban cards are discarded without their special effects taking place. When you draw a Mythos Urban card do all parts of the Mythos card take place except the text or is the card just discared.

2) Abhoth. It says lf all 3 Children of Abhoth are on the board, raise the terror level by 2 and add 1 doom token to the doom track. ls this a one time occurance or does it happen every time the third one is placed on the board.

2) It can happen multiple times. Keep in mind it says that if all three are on the board when you have to place one that it triggers. So all three can be on the board without triggering the terror level and doom token increases. It triggers when you would have to add a fourth.

No. The only time the terror level/doom increases is when you have to put a Child of Abhoth on the board and you cannot because there aren't any more Children of Abhoth available. As long as there are never more than 3 Children of Abhoth on the board at any given time, you're fine. It's when you have to add that fourth one (which doesn't exit) that the Terror/Doom goes up.
