Galactica Phantom

By JDub, in UFS Rules Q & A

So I don't know if this has been officilly ruled on but what exactly do the < symbol > E: abilities on Galactica Phantom mean? I assume they are just the shortened version of the < symbol > Character E: abilities, but there are other cards in the new set that have those abilities yet state the whole " < symbol > Character E: " not just < symbol > E: . Seeing there is no new rule book or anything what exactly does <symbol> E: mean?

It means the character you're using must have the correct symbols to use the enhances.

A Chaos character can use the Chaos enhance

A Good/Chaos character can use the Good AND Chaos enhance

While a toon with Good/Chaos/Air can use all three enhances.

Make sense?

See but the problem is your just assuming that's what it means. While I do think that is what it means we have no actual ruling on it or new entry to the rules etc. The main confusion is that if this is simply the new shorter version of "<symbol> Character E:" this is the only card it is on, there are a few cards in the new sets that have the "<symbol> Character E:" instead of just simply "<symbol> E:". This is the first time we have seen this we just need an official "hey this is what it means....". I mean it would be like if they came out with a new keyword in the next set and didn't tell us what it meant.

Stamp for B-Rad.

also, letters.

There was no less than 12 cards with this ability in past sets, it was introduced in Domination/Cutting edge and while im not sure may have even been in the rule books for thoes sets. Even if not it was established then how these work.
