I haven't been to a tournament yet. I want to just to make sure I am playing the game right.

To the question though. I was thinking about telling the place where I buy Warhammer Invansion to order a Tournament Package. Are you forced to play certain way, with the rules of the tournamen. Like bring your premade deck. Can you change it? My friends and I like to play Draft and we have been playing race specifics 70 to 80 cards with 20 to 30 Grey Cards added in there. We'd like to do a tournament like that but we want to make sure we can do it.

Absolutely, you are able to run it however you want. This is particularly true of local tournaments, or leagues, as the league kit states. Heck, I ran sideboards and no limit on overtime rounds at my Regionals, much to the Warhammer: Invasion community's chagrin.

I have looked at what we get for the tournaments. It seemed like in the first kit that was made you got cards for each faction. I didn't see it in the new kit. There are no cards to be given away right?

No, no cards. FFG says that there will be no cards, promo or otherwise, as official prizes. The tournament kit - which is actually the league kit and designed to be just that - has the new playmat (Ulthuan box art) and Orc and Dwarf pins for the players. The Event Organizer decides how to award prizes.
