I found this picture today that I wanted to share. While it does not have thorns or blades or anything, I think it is a good inspiration for a Ripsaw Scuttler.

Of course, a scuttler will be larger then this and perhaps with a different "lack-to-body-ratio". But I found this pic rather helpfull.

So it's true then. Real life is scarier than fiction.

Yep, I can see that as a base for a Ripsaw Scuttler. Just add a bunch of sharp, spiky, thorny, spiny bits, and ... presto!
