This came up with Hugo and I was just wondering does round up always mean round up. IE 33/8 = 4.1 does this become 5? because you are told to Round up? or because its below 4.5 is it 4?

If a card tells you to round up, then you will always round up. 4.1 becomes 5, etc. If X is ever a non-integer, then you simply go up to the next integer.

Thank you I was fairly certain of that but we had minor discussion during the pre-release. I ruled with the round down since I was the only one playing Hugo and the scout and I'd rather not hear people complain...I ended up winning anyways.

So just to clarify. It i have 2.2 or 2.7, and it says rounded down it goes down to 2 right?
