It's not like they're obligated to post at all on the forum, and the amount they do post tends to be more frequent than that of most RPG companies I purchase items from. They're usually busy working and writing, which doesn't leave tonnes of time for replying on the forum, or at least Sam and Ross are working almost every time I e-mail them.
You do know they have the Rules Questions link that sends an e-mail to FFG, right? They often reply to those fairly quickly because it's brought immediately to their attention.
I spend most days writing. Trust me that there are plenty of opportunities to procrastinate.
Hell, I have to watch movies when I write just to give me something to do!

Either the heavy bolter or the marine using them.
The "extra hit" rule is in the special ability/career trait for the Devastator , not a quality inherent to the Heavy Bolter . It's a career trait akin to the special traits characters in Rogue Trader can pick. Listing the traits shown on the demo characters we have the following:
- Wings of Angels ( Assault Marine )
- Unrelenting Devastation ( Devastator Marine )
- Bolter Mastery ( Tactical Marine )
- Enhance Healing ( Apothecary )
- Deathwatch Training ( ALL )
