Hi guys!
We held our regional yesterday...Great tournament, even if we were just 13. I've to say that the location was pretty "far" from other metas.
Anyway, we had a good time together, enjoin' different decks and game discussions.
I post the TOP 4 with some details. I'll post a detailed report later.
Just to say something about me...I decided not to play my well-tuned Orc-Aggro/Control deck...I tried a version of my "Bloody Innovator" (what a stupid name, uh?), posted and discussed some weeks ago around here.
I did pretty well in each game, but I lost twice and won just 1 match. I'll talk about it later.
Here's the top 4:
1- Dark Elf Pure Contro: heavy control toolbox deck. It's a guy of my meta, I know thet deck pretty well.
2- Orc Blitz: pretty common rush with a bunch of removals;
3- Empire/Dwarves Aggro: pretty aggressive deck with all little guys, some boosts and a little bit of "surprise" control.
4- Orc/DE Thrower Deck: pretty good deck, with a lot of control in it.
A couple of notes: this regional showed how aggro decks has....to much aggro stuff in them!
Even a newbie can build up an Orc deck and get a TOP 4 (even if the player who ended up second was not a newbie at all...Things are going to change, anyway, and I'm totally happy that no usual deck went through the finals.
As I said, let's wait a bit for a deep analysis. ![]()
