Just realized that the post was made in Feb 2009? That's a pretty long time.... and no news of it. Worse, Seas of Blood is out and this 'expansion' still isn't.

Does this mean the plans have been KIV? Seems like everything's died off. I had higher hopes that this could be another complete expansion, advanced campaign or not.

Actually, I believe it's an announcement for the lt. model for Kar-Amag-Atoth, who is in the RtL expansion. So it's not a new expansion, it's just a really old announcement for a metal figure. You can find it here:
