1. Although I know Lobber Crew can only do their action in the Kingdom zone lets say for teh sake of argument that it could happen in the quest zone. If you combine that with the quest Smash 'e All card andthe quest card had 4 tokens on it and If you Sacrifice the Lober Crew card would you get both effects. Yes once again I know that the lober crew can only get thier effect if they are in the kingdom zone but if it did not have that limitation could this be done.

2. Smash-Go-Boom Tactic card has the Dreaded X. I assuming X is as much as I want to pay for it. So I am playing the orcs and I pay 4 (3 + 1 Loyalty) for that card my X would be 3?

1. No, what you need to do is choose an action you are activating , eg: either the card text or the quest action - you cannot do both. If the quest text said 'when a unit on this quest is sacrificed'... then it might happen, as it is the sacrifice is a requirement for each action & once the action is completed - the unit is gone.

2. If you are playing Orcs, i assume you have the loyalty and therefore only need to pay the variable cost X, in which case, you pay 3, X = 3... whatever, but even if you dont have the loyalty - its an additional cost, so u pay ur 4 (3 + 1 loyalty)... X still only equals 3, loyalty is a separate cost for 'spending resources' purposes... says something about it somewhere in the rulebook or errata i think.
