Hi. I'd like to kow if Lucky power allow the user to re-roll any roll before the end of next turn? So, once activated, could I use to re-roll my damage roll, and in reaction to the mob's attack, could I re-roll my dodge roll? Thanks.

You only get one reroll from lucky. So if you reroll the damage, you won't have a reroll saved for your dodge.
