there are some tactics that target other tactics, for example: "cancel the tactics just played", "copy the tactics just played", etc.
Does the word "tactics" here mean "tactics card", or can these actions be applied also to actions triggered from units/supports abilities?

If the action reads "tatcic" then that is specific to a tactic card.
