Questions about Attacking and Defending

By ivory_tower, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

I used to play magic so it's the only other card game I can compare too. In magic, a unit could only attack and was then tapped, unable to defend next turn. Is this game like that or can a unit attack and then defend the following turn. And is corruption basically a form of tapping?

And some more specific card questions:

Urguck: during your capital phase, you may spend damage on this unit as though it were resources. (does this heal the unit?)

Horrific Mutation: While attached unit is attacking, defending units get -1 hit points. (does this automatically kill units with 1 hit point?)

thanks

Attacking and defending does not cause the angle of a given card to be shifted 90 degrees :) So yes. A unit that attacks can defend on the following turn, provided it lives that long.

Your specific questions are listed in the rules FAQ and Errata, but the answer is yes to both.
