If memory serves, the power was written to go in the rulebook, but was removed for some reason. Some of the references to it remained behind, however. It appears in Disciples of the Dark Gods instead.
Unfortunetly i don't have Disciples of the Dark Gods could you tell me how that power works?
If you meant the power "Time fade", here's what it does:
Threshold
: 13
Focus Time
: Full Action
Sustained
: No
Range
: You
Basically the Psyker blinks himself out of the current time ( he "dissapears" in time )
After 1d5 rounds he reappears in the exact same spot.
The psyker needs to make a +0 WP test in order to act in the round he returns, and if he fails by more than 3 degrees...
He needs to roll on the shock table as if he had failed a fear test.
Hope that helps ^^
