I've a question about this guy from the dark elves.
He has some contradicting text: "Action: at the beginning of your turn... blabla.."
From one hand, it's an action, which I can do whenever actions may be taken, from the other hand, "at the beginning of your turn.." - suitable for a forced ability.
How should I understand this?

You can read it as : "at the beginning of your turn, you can do...". So, you can trigger Lokhir's ability only at the beginning of your turn.
