Specifically, the question is: can Terex "equip" the same illicit upgrade to multiple ships? Currently the ship can equip three types of illicit upgrades, and you can only assign one illicit to a ship. Is there a glitch, or am I dreaming that the rules allow multiple ships to assign illicit upgrades of the same type?
