My party has recently acquired a dropship and I'd like to ballpark the market price of the fuel needed to use it. I'm assuming that its fuel supply is just enough to perform one launch-and-land cycle on Earth, which would also be a bit more than needed for a round trip from LEO to the surface of Luna. (LEO is halfway to anywhere, and all that.)

First, would dropships run on He-3 fusion, or the "meta" rocket fuel mentioned in Worlds? I'm kind of assuming it would run on meta, since the heavy freighter is the only vessel that mentions a fusion engine.

I'm largely intending to run it as a handwave -- refueling costs "a big favor" and that's that -- but what do you think a full tank should cost on the open market? I'm eyeing 3,000 cr as "low enough to buy, but high enough to discourage buying it".
