Another question of mine...

Xaro's Home : " Response : after you play an attachment from your hand, kneel 1 influence to draw a card"

Sandsilk Veil is an attachment that gives +1 INFLUENCE .

If I play Sandsilk Veil having Xaro's Home in play, can I activate Xaro's response, paying its cost by kneeling the fresh-played Veil?

I mean, Sandsilk Veil is considered fully in play after Step 1 of Action Window, so at Step 5, when Xaro's response activates, I can pay any cost by using a card just marshalled.
