Anybody else having trouble with Boardlandia? I placed an order on November 30 for one of each of the two Clone Wars starters and still have nothing. They keep sort of responding to my messages, but they still haven’t confirmed when they should ship. I’m getting tired of the delay - but more tired that they won’t give me a clear answer even if that answer is that they don’t yet have the items. Anybody have any positive experience with them? I’m about ready to cancel and demand a refund.

I put two orders in with them from them around the same time (Black Friday Sale weekend) and received everything before Christmas.

It's my only experience with them, but it was a positive one. Hope yours gets sorted.

I've purchased several things from Boardlandia throughout the years and have had nothing but positive experiences. My latest order took a little longer than expected, but they were sending email updates about some of the issues they were experiencing. Here's an email I got from them on New Years day:

Happy New Year! Hopefully you were all able to ring in the new year with a game or two. Last week our update was only via Facebook. Apologies to those of you who didn't see our update.

We're making great progress trying to catch up. Nearly all of our Black Friday sale orders are out the door. Some are still hung up missing a game or two that we are still waiting for from distributors. We ended up being shorted over 1,000 items on our large Asmodee order and several hundred other random items from other distributors. This can happen with the size of orders that we were placing during and after the sale. Right now we're working on orders around Dec. 8th and forward and Pre-orders. New games are back to releasing every week so we're trying to balance those at the same time that we are trying to catch up fulfilling normal orders. Though we had staff working hard as usual today, tomorrow they need a day of rest so the warehouse and store will be closed.

Important note - UPS and USPS will not be picking up packages again until Monday 1/4 because of the holiday. So if you received a shipping notification after 5pm on 12/30 through Monday 1/4 in the morning/mid afternoon then you WILL NOT notice them moving because they have not been picked up.

A few more shipping notes...USPS does not always scan packages (or manifests of our packages) every day. But we can tell you that YES they pick up our packages every single weekday and YES they are moving even though they don't look like they are. If you see a USPS package of yours that says it's not moving or looks like it hasn't been picked up, it has. When they do not scan the package initially then it causes the package to move and be sorted blindly without updates.

One more. As most of you should know by now, shipping companies are still delayed due to volume. This means the packages coming to us from our distributors containing the games that you have ordered are taking longer for us to get. Sometimes it's up to a week longer. Packages leaving us with USPS or UPS are also slower getting to you due to their volume. Basically things are still a bit slow so please be patient. Friendly reminder as well that we cannot control what happens to packages once they leave our hands and CANNOT control how long they take to get to you. :)

I ordered upgrade cards right around Black Friday and received them before Christmas.

They have sent two or three emails over the that time saying they are really behind. 1st it seems like their ffg order was shorted. 2nd they had more orders in and around Black Friday then anytime ever. I think I remember one of the emails in very early December saying that anything ordered now would not make it for Christmas.

Yeah they got slammed with there black friday sale. I had to call a couple times and they were able to get my shipment to me by Christmas.

Give them a call and talk to someone. They were really nice and helpful. They told me what is going on and gave me an update. They should be able to get you better Info and possibly get you package moving a little faster.

So, good news. Items finally arrived today. Happy it’s all resolved.
