I think the writeup on the Raider and Arquitens is right on point, and your thoughts on the CR90B and MC30 hit the mark.

I think you were a bit harsh on the Vanguard title for the Neb-B, with Aux Shield Teams and the Redirect it has higher survivability than any other setup.

So while it doesnt boost squadrons as much as Yav, or hit as hard as Salvation, I feel like it is more well-rounded than either
