Just in case you are thinking that the game is shutdown, it's not. It's just FFG forums that are shutting down. X-wing moved over to AMG from FFG, as well.

I prefer mutton with hot sauce... yeah, I know.

Either way, they all go best with a nice tea.

Well, if we're getting spicy here...

Dice up that mutton, mix it with crushed garlic, chopped onion, cumin, coriander and a bit of chilli flake.

Thread it on some skewers, and barbecue it.

Serve it on pitta with a nice fresh salad, lemon juice and lashings of chilli sauce. And a nice, frosty beer, definitely not tea.

Sounds like a plan. With that recipe in mind, I'd substitute chopped pickled jalapenos for chilli flake, but I'll give that a go.

......as far as pints go, I think a nice Samuel Smith's Porter would pare well.
