Can someone explain on why Eta-2 Anikin Skywalker can have the Hate Force ability upgrade but the Delta-7 Anikin Skyalker and Btl-B Y-Wing Anikin Skywalker can't?

In the points spreadsheets provided by FFG only the Eta-2 Anakin has the Dark Side keyword (He also has Jedi and Light Side), while the Delta-7 and Y-wing only have Light Side (And Jedi)

This is the correct game reason.

Also, thematically, Anakin flies the Eta-2 both before and after turning to the dark side and becoming Darth Vader in Revenge of the Sith which is what I'd guess FFG is going for here.
