It's not something that's come up yet but having found out what the harp does I figured I best ask before it does.

If a charcter has Rhaegars harp attached (gaining all traits) then for the claim of Red wedding would I just be able to choose that character twice as it is a lord and seperately a lady?

No. When a single effect chooses two characters as targets, one individual character cannot be chosen to satisfy both target requirements. Essentially, even if a character has both the Lord and the Lady traits, once it is chosen as the "Lord," it is no longer eligible to be chosen as the "Lady."

It's pretty much the same reason you cannot choose a character to die twice when you lose a 2-claim military challenge. A single effect cannot choose one character as a target two separate times.

I actually had this come up in a game!

(Kal Drogo with the Harp, and my own Red Wedding)

we had no idea what was correct, and no access to an official ruling, so we flipped a coin (i lost the flip, and i lost Drogo. )

is there a place to look up official rules/rulings that cover more complex situations than the basic rules that come with the box set?
