Hi everyone
I ordered a pair of arquittens from the FFG website on the 13th. On the 17th they went into pre-shipping, which means that they have had a shipping label created for them but haven't yet been picked up by the postal service.
They haven't shifted since.
As an Australian buyer who doesn't know what's going on in the States, can anyone shed any light on what's likely to be going on over there at the moment that might be causing a delay?
It may be Covid related. Out of country shipments can take a little time in general but I have never heard of issues with FFGs shipping process so I wouldn't worry to much. May just take a little bit longer than usual. They alsoay have a lot of shipments going out with Christmas coming and with all the clone wars product shipping. Also Thursday was our Thanksgiving holiday. I would suggest giving it a few days and if you still don't see progress contact asmodee (they actually ship the items).

I ordered one arquitens in the same time frame, it came about a week and a half ago, (I live in Minnesota) so it's probably just taking a while to get them shipped internationally, hopefully nothing to worry about.

Quick update. While the US Postal parcel tracker is still saying that they haven't picked it up from the Asmodee warehouse yet, I checked the Australia Post website and their parcel tracker is telling me it's almost here!!
Haha, yeah USPS is terrible.
