More specifically, Tommy Muldoon appears to have been partially eaten by the cat.

As far as I know FFG shut down the replacement component service a year or two ago. I don't know if there is any way of getting replacements anymore.

Not cheap... but you could buy an upgraded figure on the second hand market. Here's one on Ebay and I also saw an Amazon listing.

I would look for a suitable Call of Cthulhu investigator miniature. There probably is one floating out there. Also, keep your cat away from your game or they might transform!
