If The Skin of Fu Leng allows the opener to control others, then it’s possible that Junzo’s flavour text might be implying that he uses it to banish a powerful evil.

Maybe a sharp-tongued oni in the guise of an elderly woman who’s just showed up on his doorstep.

Perhaps because he’s expending all of his non-Maho related options keeping Kunshu under wraps.
