Hi,
The card reads: "During a conflict, lose 3 honor. Choose a character with printed cost 2 or lower – discard that character. (Max 1 per round.)"
I assume that I can assassinate an opponent character in the home area as well and not only a character that is participating in a conflict as an attacker/defender, right?
