Is the idea for Ugrok to Rip him? As I look at the list, only things that might go to KZ are Lobber Crew, WE and Followers of Mork, though some of the last two might pop to QZ for more drawing. Thus, are you planning on getting 5 resources regularly? Even with We'z Bigga, Ugrok might be too costly to get out, since the idea (presumably) is to flood the BZ with everything you can.

yeah i normaly get to 5 resources with wez bigger and squig herders or warpstone ex and somthing else i normaly rip the iron claws horde with ugrok i normaly rely on having another wez bigger to make him cheaper and give him more dmg

Id strongly advice getting contested village in your deck will solve any resource problems

Yeah you need the villages mate, you will not regret adding them to your deck.
