hello. do i have to make the task every masked cultist needs so i can have hem on my victory display ( like give 5 resourses ) or i can kill them and add them there?

You can do either. The special Parley action that some of the unique cultists have doesn't stop you from simply killing them and adding them to the Victory Display that way.
