LIFO (Did I Do This Right?)

Okay here's the situation,

I have an Ancient Waystone in my battlefield. Opponent plays a Clan Moulder's Elite to his battlefield and declares an attack. I do the following.

Action: Play Call of Blood (spell).

He takes no action in response.

Action: I responde o Callof Blood by activating the Ancient Waystone to deal 1 damage to Clan Moulder.

He takes no action in response.

End action chain. LIFO seems to indicate that the Ancient Waystone damage happens first which then makes Call of Blood take the Clan Moulder out?

a) You should post these kinds of questions in the rules forum.

b) No, it doesn't work. Call the Blood reads: "Action: Destroy one target damaged unit." so the unit you target must be damaged. The Elite isn't damaged so it's not a legal target for Call the Blood, even if it would be damaged by the Waystone.
