I see the October 29 date on all the PDFs, but I can’t see any changes. Nothing in red, green, blue, yellow, magenta....

I think only things that changed are for Resistance, Empire, and Generic files. All the new cards under Hyperspace and Extended should have a green YES

Other than them forgetting to have the page with 4 of the S&V ship titles on it (page 5 isn't in the first release of the S&V points doc, not sure if there is a repost for it yet) just adding the stuff from Heralds of Hope, the TIE/Rb and the points adjustment to the Nantexs.

Sep doc has the new costs for the Nantex's too.

You are correct about how they show Hyperspace and Extended legality. Newly added = Green. Newly removed = Red. Unchanged from last doc = Black.
