I know it does not mean much but chaos cards have put up release dates of the 31/01/2021 on some of the new armada 1.5 releases. I have found that when chaoscards put up an expected deliver date they are pretty good, so I’m not holding out for Christmas.

January 31st 2021 is a Sunday. Clone Wars Armada Wave 2 is not going to be released on a Sunday. FFG almost always releases new products on Fridays.
Whenever retail websites post a release date as the last day of a month, at best they know the release date will be sometime that month, but they don't know the specific date yet.
However, this is an unconfirmed second source claiming CWA Wave 2 is scheduled for January 2021, so that's good news.

I saw that, then confused myself as I now live in Canada, and couldn’t decide if it was 12th of Nov, or 11th of Dec 😂

The UCC and CW squadron packs are scheduled for release in December, along with the CW Fleet Starters, according to FFG's Upcoming page. Whatever website the OP was referring to obviously doesn't have the correct release date -- or will get those products late.
