Hi all!

I’ve been waiting for ages for my ARCs and BX’s. Released in August, totally unavailable ever since not even at launch.

It’s a bit frustrating tbh, all recent releases had delays or were very low on stock. Has there been any news on this? Any word on when a new batch might hit shops? I can’t find a single store with stock in the EU. I have them on order at elementgames.co.uk but even they can’t tell me anything. Problem is Brexit. I need to cancel my order if a 2020 delivery wouldn’t be realistic anymore.

so if anyone knows anything... 😅

Check wargamer.pl and paladynat.pl, they may have some.

You would think Canada would get things sooner, but not so much. The EU and even Australia have been getting things before us. That being said, I just got my ARCs and BXs last week, so yours may arrive soon, if you preordered. If you didn’t preorder, the problem is that the stores may not have any left after they fill their orders. I learned that the hard way and got Leia 8 months after she came out. Waiting for a reprint sucks.

I'm happy to wait a bit, due to the Covid thing we're not getting a lot of games played anyway. But with Brexit around the corner, having ordered from mainland EU at a UK company, might not be the best option here.

All I'm asking for really is a scope from FFG: will it be only i.e. in January that the reprint will arrive or maybe next week? Nobody seems to know. The resellers themselves don't get any info on that either. From a business stand point, I think that's just weird. 🙂 If they would only arrive in 2021, I'd better cancel my order with Elementgames, because by the looks of it, there won't be a trade deal EU<>UK.

Ah well, I suppose these are first world problems...

I live in Portugal and I've been waiting Cad Bane since July. BXs and STAPs never made an appearance here. (all 3 English)

Oh, I was wrong; they all did... IN GERMAN! 😒

The distributor is promising English Cad Bane for Halloween, while no word on BXs and STAPs whatsoever. I had to 'bend the knee' and get Spanish ones (which were available since day one, IIRC).

We are really lucky in Spain. I dunno how many expansion boxes do we get. Always looks not enough. The game is very popular now. But at least we receive almost at the same time than US.

this has never been FFG's strong suit since I've been involved with their games (about 5-6 years now)

They never let the fan base know anything about distribution.
