Sooooo recently Crusader Kings 3 released and I feel like this game would match pretty well with a L5R mod?

No, there isn't. There wasn't one for CK2 either.

I tried creating one for CK2 but didn't go forward because:

• It would be my first mod and I never acquired enough experience.
• I couldn't find more people to work with me on that endeavor.

I'll admit that the way it's created now, it allows more easily for certain Rokugani peculiarities for happening.
