French and Spanish players want to keep Star Wars Armada alive in their countries : sign the petition !

By ZaZ333, in Star Wars: Armada

Oh, I'm sure current players like me will be able to order abroad, and some shops (at least in Spain) do have online preorder.

Still, a game with little or no presence in the shelves is a game that won't be easily discovered by the average passerby that might be interested. A new core means new possibilities to draw new people in, as long as availability is not an issue, which is what I fear will be the problem.

I think the big question is : "what's the strategy of Asmodée ?"

If they can cancel a game such as Armada for profit issues (whereas there is a market and players available : it's just that the profit for the distributor is expected to be high in this market and France is the first market in Europe), what's next ? In France Asmodée is the leader of bordgames, their group is worth 43 millions euros. Where the minis fit in all this ? We are a small public in comparaison to the mainstream boardgame, and it seems to me that firm like Asmodée don't bother to offer a good business relation with its customers. We have still no answer. And it's a french firm. 😔

Hi. So it seems that Asmodée wouldn't bother to even answer to our worries 👎
I'll stop to support the petition (738 signatures to this moment from all places). 👏 👏 👏
French players are trying on their own to translate the new rules.
Thanks for you all for helping us to give credit to the petition, sorry that it didn't work out, even if it was still nice to do something...
