Fiery Retribution

"Cast when you are defeated in battle or psychic combat , even if you are killed . Burn all your Spells , Objects and Followers . Burn the Enemy that defeated you. If you were defeated by a character , he must lose 2 lives and burn 1 Object and 1 Follower of your choice, and 1 Spell at random."

Can Fiery Retribution be casted if you are defeated by a character with Amulet/ the Barbarian/ the Jin Blooded?

Amulet - Barbarian

"No Spells will affect you" - "Spells cannot affect you"

Jin Blooded

Whenever another character casts a Spell on you, your space or one of your cards, you may either gain 1 fate or spend 2 fate to bind that Spell . If you bind the Spell it has no effect and you may immediately cast it on a new target, ignoring Region and timing restrictions. If you do not use the Spell , it is discarded.

Note: Fiery Retribution doesn't specify a target.

You may cast the spell when defeated by any of the characters you mentioned.

It will not affect the Barbarian or the character with an Amulet, though. The Jin Blooded cannot bind this spell, it will affect him.
