Trying to think of some interesting tech to take advantage of Concussion Bombs, I threw this squad together. Everyone either puts damage onto ships under shields, manipulates those damage cards, or has some beneficial effect to either the team or themselves, when those damage cards land. Deathrain is here to help prime the pump, throwing Concussion Bombs into the fray, then following up with Concussion Missiles to flip those cards upright. Inferno Squadron, of course, specializes in damaged enemies... Seyn Marana + Marksmanship is all about picking a target of opportunity, and throwing on a damage card. Del provides defense rolls against damaged attackers, while Gideon just wants to throw extra dice. Deadeye Shot grants some extra damage card exposure, if the bullseye lines up right. Zertik helps clean up with more Concussion Missiles, and can even flip more damage cards faceup at the end of the turn, if he still has a lock around.
Pilot initiatives are relatively balanced, with everyone but Zertik sitting at Initiative-4. Sadly, there's no bid involved, but this is more of a "let's play around" list than a truly competitive one.
