I was hoping the Inferno Squad unit minis would have helmet options for respirators (like Iden Versio) but from unboxing videos it doesn't look like that's happening. They do however split the helmet so it looks like I could get some 3d printed ones and do that.

I've never used shapeways but I think I may for this since I want to just make TIE pilots out of this set. Can I get some pointers on the best way to get a design and get it created?

Another option would be to track down 7 Iden Versio helmets with respirators and use those but that seems harder to do

They do have the chest piece, just not the pipes from the helmet.

They used to have greenstuff reusable molds for that as well that were fairly inexpensive

This stuff works pretty well for making your own molds. Big benefit is it is reusable.
