I'm hoping the community can help me where Google has failed. When I started a SW F&D campaign earlier this year, I came across a great fillable PDF adversary sheet that calculates the dice pools for skills the same way many character sheets do. It's pictured below. It's a full-page sheet (actually A4 size), not a card, which works better for my brain. I can't find it on Google anymore, but I'm hoping to find the person who originally created it so I can see about updating the sheet for a Shadow of the Beanstalk game I'm getting ready to run. Does this look familiar to anyone?

Not sure on that specific one, but as a backup there is very similar resource you can use. Ogdudes legends of the galaxy character creator. It does a lot but one of the functions has what you are looking for. I put the link down below for you.
