How does knowledge is power works on a forbidden tome from the hand? Uses (secrets) only get placed when the card is played so does it fulfill the condition of having no secrets on it to be translated (assuming handsize condition is met)?

Interesting question. Knowledge is Power reveals Forbidden Tome in your hand, so I agree that it wouldn’t have any secrets on it because they only get added when it enters play. Probably worth an official rules query? It feels like it’s an unintentional interaction but I can’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work.
