The first list could be challenging, but that second one is garbage. VSDs without the Harrow title or Moff Jerjerrod to aid their movement are fairly easy to outmaneuver and kill. If you can, try and flank them, and control your range so that only 1-2 of them at a time are relevant. MC30s are amazing for killing ships like this.
