4B or not 4B?

I have been kicking around two different 4B lists and am grappling with if it is better to have more ships or more shots.

List 1- Double Tap

2x Blue Squadron Pilot - Auto blasters, FCS, S-Foils, Electronic Baffle

2x Blue Squadron Pilot - Tractor Beam, FCS, S-Foils, Electronic Baffle

List 2 - Blocker

4x Blue Squadron Pilot

Phoenix Squadron Pilot - Intimidation

I like to use this list with B-Wings and Y-Wings, all potential double taps:
