Its a card that isn't actually released yet

As pointed out by Innese, it's not released yet so there's no reason for it to be functional in any app. If you're looking to proxy the card here's the spoiled image from the preview where they announced multi missile:

Looks like it's going to have double missile slot, 5 charges, and calc/lock requirement.
