Keeping the Peace has rules for crafting armor, Endless Vigil has rules for crafting lightsabers, Unlimited Power has rules for Alchemy crafting (potions and talismans),
Each line has a supplement for each Career (so 6 each for EotE, AoR, and F&D).
EotE:
No Disintegrations (Bounty Hunter) has Investigation rules.
Far Horizons (Colonist) has Base of Operations (Business/Homestead) rules.
Enter the Unknown (Explorer) has exploration based GM advice.
Dangerous Covenants (Hired Gun) has mercenary based GM advice.
Fly Casual (Smuggler) has scoundrel type advice.
Special Modifications (Technician) has crafting rules for Weapons, Gadgets, Droids, and Cybernetics.

All the F&D books have new force powers.
Endless vigil and No Disintegrations have rules for investigations. endless vigil covers cities.
Unknown regions and the seeker book has wilderness areas
Stay on Target has rules for astromechs and asteroid fields.
Cyphers and Masks and FLy Casual have Slicing.
Fly Casual has hyperspace rules
Special Modifications also has Workshop rules.
Forged in Battle has Battle Scar rules (out-of-spec talents)
Lead by Example has Mass Combat and ribbons/medals
Rise of the Separatists and Collapse of the Republic aren't career splats, but they have rules for (RotS) Droid Phalanxes, Squad rules, and (CotR) Mass Combat.
Stay on Target has stuff for particular types of stellar obstacles, such as battles, debris fields, and asteroid fields.
