Might be just me but it looks like the errata in the living rules for the Diplomacy card still has the errata in it? In the codex the change is from "...refresh planets in the system..." to "...refresh any two planets you own...", I'm paraphrasing of course, but in the living rules 1.3 the text description hasn't changed?
