That was a blast, thanks for everyone that showed up. Recordings of the show will be online eventually.

They could have done better on their artwork.

All of their clones look alike.😀

It strikes me that these are non-unique faction locked upgrades. The only other non-unique faction locked cards are the 7th Fleet & Mon Cal Ex titles, which obviously have restrictions.

I really like the design space of NUFL (<-- lololololol) upgrades. It allows for so much more flavor and style to develop between the factions. I think that'll be especially important between the Imps and the GAR as their ships are bound to have some natural similarities.

Does the battle droid card pretty much end any notion of a new damage deck? I saw a suggestion that crew trait cards did not fit with the droids.

Has anyone else noticed that the preponderance of 4-points or less upgrade cards in Clone Wars?

it seems like Clone Wars Upgrade cards cost less points but have more limitations, like exhausting and required tokens to refresh.

Or... I suppose that FFG could be withholding the more powerful and expensive cards to reveal later.

Sorry I missed the live show (it was 3am in Australia!) but I look forward to the podcast.

There seems to be a lot of token use in the cards spoiled for Clone Wars. Wonder if there will be more sources of token generation for the new factions to support this.

With the small look we've had of some CIS upgrades the thing intriging me the most is how they can be deceptive about their sturdyness. Ships with midling stats could suddently chug themselves into the next turn.

Unless you forgot to have a token to ready your exhausted upgrades. Then you’re toast.

Hey - check your PMs. Sheesh!

So how many token refresh cards you take per ship and per fleet will be interesting to see what comes about. The battle droid reserves BDR can be 1 use with a dial for 4 points. Yet 2 uses of that card for 2 points each would probably be good. While the clone navigation officer is 2 uses right out of the gate! I already enjoy playing token fleets with Imperial’s, so both the new factions token to dial flexibility is awesome!
