I am a bit confused using action cards in neutral stance. When I am using an action card in neutral stance, which side of the action card should I take into my consideration? the green or the red side?

Every character has a Dominate Stance, which determines which side of the Action Card is used when in Neutral Stance. A character’s Dominate Stance is determined by which side of his or her stance meter has more pieces. If the stance meter has an equal number of conservative and reckless pieces, then the player chooses a Dominate Stance for their character.
