Anyone at FFG able to tell us if the "optional" (but by all accounts improved) Diplomacy and tech cards might actually have physical copies included in the new expansion?

The unboxing video is this Friday one their Twitch channel, so we'll know for sure then. Hopefully it will be done by Dane himself. The new content looks amazing!
I second this question... Are the components from Codex 1 going to be included in the expansion? If not, I’d gladly pay for a print on demand solution.

The answer to the question is the new Diplomacy strategy card is included, as is a new Construction card. There is no change to the function of Construction but they cleaned up some wording to make sure it works as intended with some of the new mechanics.
The "omega" tech cards are NOT included, unfortunately. They've added them to Codex Vol 1, which is a print on your own product.
