According new RRG Double-sided cards have next restriction:

Quote

When building your team, you must use side A unless its reverse side has a point value. If its reverse side has a point value, you may use that side instead of side A.

But according PART 4. Customization have 3 steps:

Quote

1. BUILDING A TEAM

2. BUILDING A DECK

3. SELECTING A BATTLEFIELD

I understood it as I can include downgrade "Captured" or support "Obi-Wan Kenobi's spirit" to my deck even if I (not)/include plot/charectere in my team. It's right?

Obi-wan's Spirit and Captured are B-sides of a card and do not have points costs (resource costs are NOT points costs). As a result, you cannot add them to your deck.
