I have playing around with the following list, but I need some ship upgrade opinions that I am arguing with myself over. Which would you rather have: The Amity title for the Hawk, or Lando and Bright Hope?

The Starhawk is a bit of a puzzle because every time you add a non-flotilla to the fleet, know that your opponent will ignore the starhawk and focus that ship and run away.

With that in mind I think the assault Pelta is asking to be nuked.

I would actually be tempted to put Krysta on the MC-30 and grab the Starhawk title that gives a extra redirect token.

Maybe drop the assault pelta for more squadrons? maybe a cr-90 to rush to objectives as they are fairly survivable if you fly well.
